if i were a celebrity!!

sometimes i wonder, how does it feel to be famous???

what goes on in the lives of the people whom we see on TV,or in newspapers, magazines?

say shahrukh khan? or anybody famous , for that matter.

i know they also go about the ordinary matters of lifes like the rest of the human race.

i know they too eat, sleep, breathe, love, hate, laugh, cry like us.

i dont feel curious about how they became famous.

what intrigues me is how they and their lives changes after getting fame.

i try to imagine how my life will change, if i became famous.

if i got lots of money, fame,if media started taking my interviews, if paparazzi started following me, if i started interacting with other famous people, if fans started screaming for me, will i still be the same person that i am right now?how will i change?for bettr or worse?
how my values will change? will i become arrogant, critical or will i be more friendly,open-minded,tolerant?

i know i will continue to love my family, but will i still b the same person for my friends?

or will i start throwing my weight around????

will i still be this fiercely independent person who is moody and impusive at times

or will i become calculative and become slave to my PR to save my image?

i really think becoming a celebrity will make me realize what kind of a person i really am.

but i neither know how to get fame nor do i care to, cuz i thing i know is that i would hate any intrution to my privacy.

At times i feel sorry for a celebrity who is restricted from doing simple things like going to movie hall or strolling in a park, and have to live with security personnels 24 x 7.that life seems like a golden cage. i sympathise with those who are criticised by media and public for small mistakes and whose every little deed is blown out of proportion. But then, i again think that they ought to behave like a role model and be nice to their fans.

i envy famous people for their ability to make others pay attention to what they say, especially to raise awareness in social issues.Celebrities can make young people interested in many good causes in a friendly way, without being preachy.

yet, this doesnt save them from making me doubt about their sincerity in that cause.

do they actually think and act in their private life as they do in public?

Or is it a calculated,thoroughly-thought-out PR exercise?

R the nice celebrities actually nice ??

Maybe there is something good in the media's defamed famous person??

i would really like to know.
